The Ministry of Railways, via its IT arm CRIS has launched RailOne, India’s new all-in-one super app designed to integrate multiple railway services—ticket booking, real-time tracking, onboard food ordering, grievance redressal and more—into a single user-friendly interface. The app is now available for download on both Android and iOS platforms.

According to the Ministry, the app consolidates over a dozen standalone services, offering passengers seamless access:
- Reserved & Unreserved Ticket Booking via IRCTC
- Platform Ticket & Season Pass Booking
- PNR & Real-Time Train Tracking
- Coach Position Locator
- On-board Food Orders powered by IRCTC e-Catering
- Rail Madad for lodging grievances and feedback
- R-Wallet with mPIN/biometric login
- Refund & Cancellation support
- Multi-language Support, plus guest/OTP login option
A Single Sign-On Experience
RailOne offers single sign-on capability, allowing users to register or log in using RailConnect/UTS or mobile OTP. The interface is deliberately clean and intuitive to reduce user friction and reliance on multiple apps.
Tech Backbone & Capacity
Built by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) in collaboration with IRCTC and other internal services, RailOne is engineered for performance:
- Supports up to 1.5 lakh ticket bookings and 4 million enquiries per minute
- Integrates systems like UTS, Rail Madad, National Train Enquiry, e-Catering, and more
- Reduces app clutter and device storage needs
